Is it for you?

No title needed. Where you start decides how big your project is, not whether you belong.

Who it fits

Anyone from the skilled person whose ideas never get used to the key player the organization leans on.

You finish with a real change at work, tested, and pitched to a leader who can say yes. Your employer is never contacted by us.

What it asks of you

  • A job where you can take a small action each week.
  • All 12 Saturday mornings free, February 6 to May 1 (make-ups for documented emergencies only).
  • 3 to 5 hours a week, most of it real work at your own job.
  • Willingness to ask a manager or another leader to sponsor your work in Week 2.
  • To complete the program, attend every session and present on Pitch Day.
How it works

You move ahead by showing what you did.

Every week has the same rhythm: a short lesson and a true story from your guide, practice on your own project, one real action at work that week, and proof of what happened. If something doesn't land, we find the exact gap and fix that one thing. "Not yet" is a timeline, not a verdict.

Ten weeks, ten skills

Session zero on February 6 sets your starting point. Then one skill a week. No session on Easter weekend (March 27).

  1. 1. Adaptability Feb 13
  2. 2. Ambition Feb 20
  3. 3. Creativity Feb 27

  5. 5. Problem-solving Mar 13
  6. 6. Resilience Mar 20
